I. Identification and Overview

This document serves as the formal legal agreement for the marketing activity promotion entitled "Win a Yacht Tour for Subscribing" (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity"), organized and administered by the WEE Marketplace (hereinafter referred to as "WEE").

II. Terms and Conditions

1. The Activity allows WEE users to participate in a draw to win a yacht tour. Entry is obtained through subscribing to receive emails from WEE via a designated pop-up notification window.

2. Entry into the Activity requires no purchase or payment of any kind.

3. The sole prize of the Activity is a yacht tour in Dubai, which must be redeemed within one year following the announcement of the winner.

4. By entering the Activity, participants fully and unconditionally agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

5. The Activity commences on 21 December 2023 and concludes on 15 January 2024. The deadline for entry is final and will not be extended.

6. Eligible participants must be over 18 years of age and must subscribe to emails from WEE via the specified pop-up notification window. All entries meeting these conditions will be accepted.

7. The winner will be selected on 15 January 2024 using a random number generating service. The selection process will be recorded and published on WEE’s official Instagram account, where the result will also be announced. Additionally, the winner will be notified via email.

8. Instagram is absolved of all liability associated with the Activity and the announcement of the winner.

9. Personal information provided to WEE during the Activity entry process will be held in strict confidence and not shared with third parties, being used solely for the purposes of the Activity.

III. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By participating in the Activity, entrants acknowledge and accept the terms laid out in this agreement, binding themselves to the stipulations herein.
